Yorktown Heights Fire District Special Election

Yorktown Heights Commerce Street Firehouse

Vote on proposition if a Bond Resolution shall be approved for the Yorktown Heights Fire District authorizing the construction of a new three-story, approximately 24,200 square foot firehouse on the site of the existing Yorktown Heights Firehouse, located at 1916 Commerce Street, including parking lot expansion, acquisition of real property, demolition of the existing firehouse, grading and/or improvement of the site, and the purchase of original furnishings, equipment or machinery required for the purposes for which said new firehouse is to be used.

All residents of the Fire District who were duly registered to vote with the Westchester County Board of Elections on or before September 8, 2025 shall be eligible to vote at said Special Election.
