Town Hall, the Hart library, and other non-essential town offices and programs are closed on Monday, February 23, due to the ongoing blizzard. Tonight's Planning Board meeting has been rescheduled to Monday, March 2, 2026 at 7:00 PM. 

A Snow Emergency has been declared in the Town of Yorktown effective as of 6:00 PM on Sunday, Feb 22 and will remain in effect until 6:00 PM on Monday, Feb 23. Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins has also declared a State of Emergency effective Sunday, Feb 22 at 6:00 PM in anticipation of the winter storm.
