(New business in the existing Shrub Oak Plaza).

2. Wonder Wash - 1700 Front St. Yorktown Heights Existing Freestanding Sign
(The existing sign was installed without a sign permit or a review by
the ABACA).

BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS:

1. Route 6 Plaza - Route 6, Mohegan Lake Proposed Exterior Alteration
(Alterations proposed to the former Charlie Brown’s location for
a proposed Pizza Hut & TCBY).

2. Yorktown Farms - Lots 32.5 and 32.9 - Gay Ridge Rd., Yorktown House/Grading Plans
(Proposed homes in an approved 22-lot subdivision).
