Yorktown Water District - Lead Service Line Inventory Notice Distributed

Residents may have received or will be receiving a notice regarding the Water District's Lead Service Line Inventory. 

The Yorktown Consolidated Water District does not have any known lead service lines or mains.

The notice was required by the USEPA & NYS Department of Health because a required Lead Service Line Inventory of the YWD'S approximately 10,000 accounts was not submitted in a timely manner.

An extension was granted to complete the inventory & it is due by 12/01/25.
