Con Edison customers can report downed power lines, outages and check service restoration status by calling 1-800-75-CONED (1-800-752-6633) or visit coned.com.
NYSEG
NYSEG customers should call 1-800-572-1131 or visit NYSEG.com to report any electric outages, downed powerlines, or other hazardous situations.

NYS Home Energy Assistance Program
Vendors agree to provide oil to Members at approximately 40 cents over the daily wholesale price. Vendors further agree to guarantee that the Members’ reduced cost shall be lower than the Vendors’ available daily retail rate.
