A Snow Emergency is hereby declared in the Town of Yorktown, N.Y. effective as of 4:00 P.M. on December 26, 2025. This Snow Emergency will remain in effect until 4:00 P.M. on December 27, 2025, or if it is rescinded by a subsequent order.

Yorktown will reopen the Old Crompond Road Bridge on Friday, December 19th at 9 AM after the completion of a culvert replacement.

Senator Pete Harckham is hosting an online Fraud Awareness Webinar alongside the NYS Division of Consumer Protection on Thursday, October 23 from 3 - 4 pm.

We have been advised by the New York State Department of Transportation of an upcoming project for culvert replacement on Route 100 in Somers. Beginning at 6 AM on October 22, 2025, Route 100 will be closed from Route 35 to Moseman Avenue.
