Jefferson Village Water System Improvements Tonight 06/08/26

YWD staff will be installing a new water main valve as part of Water System Improvements tonight, Monday June 8th beginning at 10:00 PM. This new valve will help to reduce the number of parcels affected by any possible future water main break on Village Rd. near Unwin Ct.

The scheduled work is being performed at night in order to lessen any inconvenience to residents in terms of possible water discoloration or reduced water pressure.

Some homes in the area may experience a water service interruption.

Upon completion of the repair (website www.yorktownny.gov), will be updated.

Please flush your cold water line should you experience discolored or cloudy water (air in water).
