Sign Permit Applications

This is the application for a sign permit in the Town of Yorktown. Any new freestanding or building sign on a commercial building requires a sign permit. 

Submit this application along with the fee and required documents as listed on the permit application to the Building Department.  A completed application for review by the Town's Advisory Board on Architecture & Community Appearance (ABACA) is required prior to the issuance of a building permit for all signs.  Use the link below to download an ABACA Application.

Guidelines for the Town's sign ordinance can be purchased from the Town Clerk's Office or Planning Department for $22.00.
