Solar Permitting
Solar Permitting is governed by Town Code Section §300-81.4
Applications requiring Planning Board approval:
- Small-scale (less than 25 kW DC or greater) ground-mounted solar energy systems in any zoning district.
- Large-scale (25 kW DC or greater) roof-mounted solar energy systems in non-residential zones.
