Pre-Preliminary Application

Any applicant may choose to submit a Pre-Preliminary Application before submitted a formal subdivision or site plan application. The Pre-Preliminary Application allows an applicant to meet with the Planning Board at a maximum of two work session to obtain feedback from the board regarding a proposal.

The fee for a Pre-Preliminary Application is $100. If you would like to submit a Pre-Preliminary Application, complete the application below and submit it along with the application fee, 5 paper copies of a sketch plan, and a PDF of your proposal to the Planning Department.
