Application of Yorktown Golf Group, Inc. for approval of an amended site plan with submitted plans titled, “Valley Field Golf Course,” prepared by Matthew Behrens Architect, and dated January 8, 2025 and last revised October 2, 2025 and approval of a wetland permit with submitted plans titled, “Town of Yorktown Golf Course,” prepared by Site Design Consultants, and dated March 12, 2025.

The applicant has proposed to amend the approved site plan to include off-site parking improvements, the covered patio dining area, the fire pit seating area, the utility shed/snack bar with picnic table seating, and temporary lighting for night golf. The applicant is also requesting approval of a wetland permit to install a sewer connection. The site is located at the address 795 Route 6, Shrub Oak, NY 10588, also known as Section 16.07, Block 1, Lot 38 on the Town of Yorktown Tax Map. The parcel consists of 13.9 acres in the CR zoning districts.
