Site Plan Application

This application is used for Site Plan Applications made to the Town Board. Applicants shall submit to the Town Clerk's Office:

  • Cover Letter
  • Site Plan Application
  • Short/Full Environmental Assessment Form
  • Full size paper copy of the Site Plans 

A fee scheduled will be determined after documents have been submitted and reviewed.

The Town Clerk is elected to a four-year term and serves as the Records Management Officer and the Registrar of Vital Statistics. This office is responsible for the safekeeping of Town records and assists in local elections.
