Birth, Death & Marriage Records and Genealogical Services
Birth records may be obtained from the Town, City or Village in which you were born. The fee for a certified copy of a birth record is $10.00. Print the Birth Record Application and submit it to the Town Clerk's office at the address at right. Include a copy of your Driver's License and $10.00 check payable to the Town of Yorktown.
Death records may be obtained from the Town, City or Village in which the person died. The fee for a certified copy of a death record is $10.00. Print the Death Record Application and submit it to the Town Clerk's office at the address at right. Include a copy of your Driver's License and $10.00 check payable to the Town of Yorktown.
Marriage records may be obtained from the Town or City where you obtained your license. The fee for a certified copy of a marriage record is $10.00. Print the Marriage Record Application and submit it to the Town Clerk's office at the address at right. Include a copy of your Driver's License and $10.00 check payable to the Town of Yorktown.
