Master Fee Schedule

The Town Board shall establish, by resolution, a Master Fee Schedule setting forth the fees to be charged to applicants in connection with the review of all land development applications and permit fees made pursuant to the laws of the Town of Yorktown in effect on the date of the adoption of this chapter. After the holding of a public hearing, the Master Fee Schedule may be amended from time to time.

The Town Clerk is elected to a four-year term and serves as the Records Management Officer and the Registrar of Vital Statistics. This office is responsible for the safekeeping of Town records and assists in local elections.
