TAP Application Forms
A water "TAP" application is a formal request to the local water authority to install a new connection, or "tap," from the municipal water main to a property. This process involves a fee and requires a licensed plumber to make the actual connection to the main line, which allows water to be delivered to a building for the first time or to a new meter.
