AMS Yorktown Development, LLC will construct two 4-story multi-family buildings containing 180 dwelling units of age-restricted housing, together with related infrastructure, amenities, and 271 parking spaces on the site of the former Contractors Register office buildings. The site is located at the address 800 East Main Street, Jefferson Valley, NY 10535, also known as Section 5.19, Block 1, Lot 15 on the Town of Yorktown Tax Map. The parcel is 35.5 acres in the RSP-2 zoning district.
