• Property Record Cards
• Confirmation of ownership/sales
• Tax map changes such as parcel splits or merges
• Abutters lists
• Exemption applications
• Grievance application
• Information for Board of Health Septic FOIL (can be found on Property Card)
• Assessment estimates for improvements, additions or new construction. Request must include plans/specifications and cost of construction. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

Assessment and full market values for all properties can be found on the current assessment roll. 

To confirm taxes for a property, please contact the Tax Receivers office.

Zoning and building permit information, and surveys, please contact the Building Department.
