The applicant has proposed to construct a 118-unit townhouse senior citizen development with associated amenity clubhouse and pool, roads, utilities, stormwater management infrastructure, landscaping, and related improvements. The site is located at the addresses 2302 and 2448 Catherine Street, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567, also known as Section 35.12, Block 1, Lot 2 and Section 35.08, Block 1, Lot 45 respectively on the Town of Yorktown Tax Map. The parcels total 50.51 acres in the RSP-2 zoning district.
