The applicant proposes to subdivide the property into 19 lots for 16 new homes, an open space lot, an existing home, and a lot to be transferred to an adjacent property. A conventional subdivision plan and a flexibility subdivision plan that preserves open space were submitted for the Board’s consideration. The development will be served by both Town water and sewer. The site is located at the addresses 450 Hilltop Road and 2526 Crompond Road, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598, also known as Section 37.06 Block 1 Lot 25 and Section 37.05, Block 2, Lot 2 respectively on the Town of Yorktown Tax Map. The two parcels total 29.69 acres in the R1-40 zoning district.
